SOCIALIST Party General Secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali says his party will write to seek an audience with the House of Chiefs to elaborate on why they wish to appoint traditional leaders as provincial ministers. And Dr Musumali says the party will consult congress whether to join the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) or not. At a briefing last week Friday, Socialist Party leader Dr Fred M’membe said his party would incorporate chiefs in the governance of the country once it is voted into power adding that the party would do away with the provincial minister and that for Western Province, the Ngambela or the Litunga himself would run the province as provincial minister.
