SOCIALIST Party General Secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali says his party will write to seek an audience with the House of Chiefs to elaborate on why they wish to appoint traditional leaders as provincial ministers. And Dr Musumali says the party will consult congress whether to join the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) or not.
