VICE-President Mutale Nalumango’s Press Aide Njenje Chizu and his wife have sued the State and former Zambia Army commander Paul Mihova, demanding damages for trespass and the damage caused to their household goods after a team of soldiers attacked them at their house in 2022. Chizu, his wife Chimwemwe and their child are also seeking damages for mental torture, anguish and inconvenience. The family has cited the Attorney General and Mihova as first and second defendants, respectively.
