THE United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) has appointed former minister of national planning Lucky Mulusa as its secretary general. And UKA Chairperson Sakwiba Sikota says OCIDA has been touted even by the UPND as a credible organisation and cannot, therefore, be accused of being bitter. Speaking during a media briefing yesterday, which was attended by several alliance members including former president Edgar Lungu, Mulusa said UKA was the most organised political formation the country had seen since the MMD. “The challenges before us are clear, and all Zambians are feeling those challenges on a daily basis.
