THE Ndola High Court is today set to stage the inter-parte hearing surrounding the injunction against the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Annual General Meeting (AGM) obtained by football administrator Damiano Mutale and journalist Mabvuto Phiri. Last week, the court was set to hear the matter but it was moved to today after an application made by the plaintiffs, asking the court to refer the matter to the Constitutional Court. Last month, Mutale and Phiri obtained an injunction to restrain the staging of the FAZ AGM.
