PF information and publicity chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba says President Hakainde Hichilema promised to expand the democratic space upon taking office but has instead done the opposite. Mwamba says although the PF also has a bad record, it does not give the UPND a license to repeat what Zambians have rejected.
