A 31-YEAR-OLD Lusaka businesswoman has been dragged to court for assaulting her husband after finding him with a girlfriend in their matrimonial home. Nadia Vanleeve, is facing one count of assault, occasioning actual bodily harm. Allegations are that on December 30, 2023, in Lusaka, Vanlee assaulted Thomas Songwe, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm. When the matter came up for trial before Magistrate Chrispin Hampungani, Constable Daka, Vanlee’s arresting officer, testified that according to investigations, a fight broke out at the couple’s home because the accused found her husband with a girlfriend.
