PETAUKE Central Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda collapsed for the second time yesterday while police were interrogating him at Twin Palm Police Station. Police say they will continue to monitor Banda’s condition and ensure that all legal protocols are followed. And Banda’s lawyer, Makebi Zulu, says the police want to charge his client with aggravated robbery and attempted murder from a case that was resolved in 2016. Banda collapsed yesterday during police interrogations.
