THE Drug Enforcement Commission has arrested four Food Reserve Agency employees in Mwinilunga District for stealing 4,351 bags of white maize, each weighing 50kg, valued at K1,740,000. In a statement, Tuesday, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba revealed that the theft was discovered when a Special Stock Reconciliation and Verification Audit was conducted at the Mwinilunga Main Depot.
