CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila has urged newly appointed State Counsels, among them Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti, to help young lawyers by setting the ethical standard. Dr Malila has observed that the environment is one in which most young lawyers want to financially better themselves at the expense of serving their clients.
