PF faction Secretary General Morgan Ng’ona has applied for leave of the Lusaka High Court to commence contempt proceedings against Miles Sampa and another. Ng’ona has dragged Sampa Court, seeking an order that his decision to dissolve the PF’s central committee is illegal as he wields no such powers. Ng’ona also wants an order of stay of Sampa’s decisions, until the matter is fully determined by the courts.
