INDEPENDENT Broadcasting Authority (IBA) board chairperson Chisokola Chuula has announced the resumption of operations at the authority. The IBA offices were cordoned off by law enforcement agencies and declared a crime scene following the tragic killing of its former Director General, Guntilla Muleya, on July 23, 2024. Three police officers, a civilian and IBA accountant Francis Chipyoka have since been arrested and charged with murder.
