LUNTE PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya says it is annoying that ministers want to be absent and not participate in the proceedings of the National Assembly. Rising on a point of order in the National Assembly, Thursday, Kafwaya noted that only one out of 40 ministers was present during business of the House. He said it was unfortunate that ministers wanted to prioritise by-elections at the expense of providing solutions to the challenges Zambians were facing. “Yesterday, the Honourable member for Lundazi and the Honourable member for Mambilima, these colleagues lamented the failure of the UPND government.
