FORMER Malole Independent MP Emmanuel Munaile has admitted before the High Court that he owes the Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO) K423,419.45 as the outstanding balance on a personal loan. Munaile has requested to pay the outstanding loan balance in installments. In this matter, ZANACO has sued Munaile, seeking the payment of K423,419.45, being the outstanding balance on a personal loan. The bank is also seeking interest on the outstanding amount.
