THE Electoral Commission of Zambia says it will announce the date for the Petauke Central parliamentary by-election within this week, following the notification by Speaker Nelly Mutti of the vacancy in the constituency. But Lukashya PF MP George Chisanga has argued that Mutti’s decision to notify the Commission about the vacancy is a violation of the law.
