THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has set December 24, 2024, as the date for judgement in the matter where Economic and Equity Party (EEP) leader Chilufya Tayali is charged with inciting mutiny. Magistrate Kelvin Soma will deliver judgement in the absence of Tayali, who has been out of the country for several months.
