THE MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development says anyone within government who will be found hindering the efficiency of the Cash for Work programme will be dealt with accordingly. Responding to concerns that some beneficiaries from various districts have not been paid after working, ministry Permanent Secretary for Administration Maambo Hamaundu apologised for the inconvenience.
