AN investigation by the National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ) has established that exposure to pornographic content through smartphones is a contributing factor to the high number of sodomy cases in boarding schools. NAQEZ Executive Director Dr Aaron Chansa explains that when pupils watch pornographic content and feel the urge to relieve themselves, they end up targeting younger boys, as they are in an environment where they are only exposed to fellow male pupils.
