A 13-YEAR-OLD girl has reportedly been indecently assaulted by a man in Vubwi District. According to Eastern Province Police Commissioner Robertson Mweemba, the incident occurred on April 23, 2025, when the victim was allegedly lured into the suspect’s house and sexually touched after being given illicit beer.
