A 47-YEAR-OLD farmer of Southern Province has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and has denied having unlawful carnal knowledge of his seven-year-old biological daughter admitted at the Cancer Diseases Hospital. The accused, of Mizinga Farm, is facing one count of incest contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that the farmer, on an unknown date but between September 20, 2024 and March 11, 2025, in Lusaka, unlawfully did have carnal knowledge of F.H who to his knowledge is his biological daughter.
