THE Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) says health is a national security issue that cannot be left to outside actors to determine the status of a country. On Tuesday, Health Minister Dr Elijah Muchima said African countries should consider establishing an organization to fund their own healthcare, stating that aid is only a temporary measure.
