LABOUR and Social Security Minister Brenda Tambatamba has appointed Shipango Muteto as new National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Board Chairperson. In a statement, Friday, Tambatamba said Blake Mulala, president of the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) had been appointed as a member of the NAPSA Board of Trustees. “I Wish to inform the General Public that under the first schedule, Section 3, and part one of the National Pension Scheme Act No. 40 of 1996 and Cabinet approval, the following have been appointed as Board Chairperson and Board of Trustees of the National Pension Scheme Authority.
