MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary for Administration Dr Gabriel Pollen says the Ministry has given local authorities 48 hours to utilise CDF resources upon receiving them. Dr Pollen also says the Ministry has received K400 million for CDF projects and K333 million for the Cash for Work programme.
