THE Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) has called for the construction of economic zones at key border posts to spur economic growth. In an interview, Saturday, EAZ National Secretary Dr Nicholas Mainza said economic zones had been critical to economic development. “We are advocating for the creation of Multifacility Economic Zones right at active borders, we can have one at Mwami border in Chipata, we can have one at Kasumbalesa border, we can have one at Nakonde border.
