THE Payments Association of Zambia (PAYZ) says the increase in Mobile Money scams is a threat to financial inclusion that the country has worked hard to achieve. Recently during the Ukusefya Pang’wena Traditional Ceremony in Northern Province, President Hakainde Hichilema expressed worry over the increasing number of Mobile Money scams, cyber-crime and cyber-bullying, especially against women and girls.
