THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) says it is concerned over the continued disregard of citizens’ human rights by the Zambia Police Service in the manner in which suspects are treated while in custody. LAZ has also cautioned citizens to resist the temptation of taking matters into their own hands once suspects are apprehended, citing the case of a 22-year-old man who recently died in Central Province.
