THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda with a case to answer in a matter he was dragged to court for claiming that President Hakainde Hichilema had directed law enforcers to raid late former president Edgar Lungu’s house in Chifwema area.
