THE Office of the President, Public Service Management Division, has terminated the contract of employment for Katete District commissioner Raphael Phiri. This follows after Phiri was apprehended by police on Sunday for allegedly defiling his juvenile granddaughter. According to a letter endorsed by Division Permanent Secretary Lois Mulube, yesterday, Phiri’s contract of employment was terminated effective August 25. “Reference is made to the above subject.
