THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested former Ministry of Health Acting Permanent Secretary for Administration Dr Sivah Kachimba, alongside senior ZAMMSA officials in the ongoing investigations in the health sector. DEC has also arrested two Directors of private companies, bringing the total number of individuals charged and arrested in this matter to 10.
