UPND Deputy Spokesperson Elvis Nkandu is urging citizens to refrain from enticing public servants to indulge in corruption. Recently, Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z) revealed that a key hindrance to the UPND’s fight against corruption was its focus on pursuing former government officials while leaving those aligned with the ruling party.
