CONSERVATION Advocate Zambia (CAZ) Founder Mehluli Batakathi has questioned government’s stance in declaring Copperbelt water safe, while still conducting further investigations into the Sino Metals incident. Batakathi, who is also a lawyer representing Kalulushi residents, says government should not trivialise the issue of water safety, as it directly affects people’s lives.
