POLICE in Southern Province have launched a manhunt for a Siavonga man for allegedly raping a 38-year-old Lusaka cattle trader at a lodge. In a statement, Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Auxensio Daka confirmed the incident and identified the suspect as Peter Mooya of Mpango Village in Siavonga.
