THE Zambian Civil Liberties Union (ZCLU) has condemned the alleged abduction and torture of PF member Joel Nyondo by suspected UPND cadres, urging police to pursue harsher charges and broader accountability. Meanwhile, the Union has also expressed concern over reports that ZNBC journalist Mark Ziligone was assaulted by uniformed officers while carrying out his duties at an accident scene.
