PF acting president Given Lubinda has reported former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor, Chris Zumani Zimba, to police for allegedly publishing a false article. In a statement, police public relations officer Rae Hamoonga stated that the said article, published on Facebook titled “Dr Chris Zumani Zimba”, accused Lubinda of secretly appointing members of the PF and other individuals to positions within the Tonse Alliance. “Woodlands Police Station is investigating a case of identity theft and harassment contrary to Sections 14(1)(a) and 22(1)(a) of the Cyber Crimes Act No. 2 of 2021.
