ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says the Technical Committee recently appointed by President Hakainde Hichilema to conduct broad public consultations and draft constitutional amendments is perfect. Kabesha has therefore called on Zambians to participate in the consultation process by making submissions, adding that the Executive is prepared to respect the public’s decision should the majority oppose the proposed alterations. Speaking when he appeared on Diamond TV’s COSTA programme, Kabesha responded in the affirmative when asked if the committee was representative of the Constitutional Court ruling.
