OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president, Dr Kafula Mubanga, has urged government to engage external auditors to verify the authenticity of the debt owed to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). Dr Mubanga was commenting on the recent K6.1 billion released by the Ministry of Finance and National Planning to dismantle fuel arrears owed to OMCs by government for the month of September.
