IKELENG’I UPND member of parliament Dr Elijah Muchima says citizens should not only focus on complaining about challenges such as loadshedding, but must also concentrate on the positive achievements of the UPND government. Dr Muchima, who is also Health Minister, says citizens should in fact be cheering the UPND government because it has restored peace, employed many people and placed the economy on a growth trajectory.
