LUSAKA Province UPND Chairperson Obvious Mwaliteta says the UPND are cowards when it comes to stealing government money. Mwaliteta was responding to Emmanuel Mwamba who said President Hakainde Hichilema had only delivered pain on Zambians, in a recent interview.
