FORMER agriculture minister Greyford Monde says Zambia will not achieve its US$1 billion beef export target because no concrete measures have been put in place to support the agenda. Monde was reacting to remarks made by Zambia Beef Export Project Manager, Dr Misheck Mulumba, who recently said the country would reach its US$1 billion beef export target before the set five-year period.
