GOVERNMENT has taken Bills to the National Assembly meant to introduce Betting Levy, Mobile Money Transactions Levy, Income Tax and VAT. Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the Betting Levy Bill seeks to provide for the imposition, payment and collection of a betting levy.
