A LUSAKA-based lawyer, Simon Mulenga Mwila, has sued Airtel Networks Zambia PLC at the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for failing to deliver reliable and quality communication services. Mwila is seeking an order compelling Airtel to rectify and improve its network services forthwith and refund money expended on defective services.
