THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has urged the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court not to grant Bowman Lusambo bail pending appeal in a matter he was jailed for three years on two counts of possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime. On September 2, 2025, Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili sentenced Lusambo to three years’ imprisonment after finding him guilty on two counts of possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
