FAZ has confirmed that Chipolopolo head coach Moses Sichone, midfielder Miguel Chaiwa, and video analyst Elias Chipota were hospitalised in Port Elizabeth following suspected food poisoning. According to a statement released by FAZ General Secretary Machacha Shepande, through the Association’s head of media and communications Nkweto Tembwe, the three were admitted to St George Private Hospital after their condition deteriorated. Shepande confirmed that the trio suffered fever, diarrhoea and vomiting which prompted immediate medical intervention.
