THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and charged Joe Nsokolo, a Management Accountant at the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), for corruption involving over K2.2 million. In a statement, Monday, the Commission disclosed that Nsokolo had been arrested and charged with 40 counts of Theft by Public Servant and another count of Possession of Property Reasonably Suspected to be Proceeds of Crime.
