THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has set December 16, 2025, as judgement day in a matter where Chiengi MP Given Katuta is accused of threatening violence against Times of Zambia photojournalist Henry Chunza. The judgement date was set after Katuta closed her defence, during which five witnesses testified in her favour. The case relates to an incident in which Katuta allegedly spat on Chunza shortly after she was suspended and ordered to leave the National Assembly by Speaker Nelly Mutti.
