OPPOSITION leaders have never been shy to criticise our Head of State’s relationship with his counterpart from Zimbabwe, President Emmerson Mnangagwa. In fact, President Hakainde Hichilema’s detractors have always paid attention to any move he makes in relation to Zimbabwe, always ready to criticise his failure to strengthen the ties between the two countries. The opposition were right in criticising President Hichilema’s reluctance to engage President Mnangagwa.
