FORMER PF secretary general Davies Mwila says the appointment of Mansa PF MP Dr Chitalu Chilufya and Luapula MP Chanda Katotowe to the Central Committee, as announced by Given Lubinda, is illegal. Mwila has since appealed to the National Chairman Musonda Mpankata to take charge.
