CHINESE Ambassador to Zambia Han Jing says China will send public health experts to African countries to carry out three projects focused on a medical survey programme. He explains that this programme is the first cleft lip and palate medical assistance project launched by the Chinese government in Africa, and is designed to provide free surgical treatment to approximately 60 patients in Zambia.
