THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it has recorded 1,028,503 new voter registrations across the country, comprising 478,295 males and 550,208 females, as at November 11, 2025. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro notes that Copperbelt Province recorded the highest number of new registrations at 165,848, followed by Southern and Lusaka Provinces at 143,397 and 120,026, respectively.
