THE Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has convicted and jailed a 39-year-old man of Chalala to 15 months imprisonment for damaging two pots, three glass cups, one door and two boxes of tiles, valued at K7,500, belonging to his mother. In this matter, Mukanga Simfukwe was charged with one count of malicious damage to property, contrary to Section 335 (1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
