HEALTH Minister Dr Elijah Muchima says while the UPND government is delivering, people only look at one thing and claim that they are suffering. Speaking during the contract-signing ceremony for the construction of various health infrastructure projects recently awarded by the Ministry of Health, Friday, Dr Muchima insisted that the four years of the UPND government should not be compared to the 10 years of the previous regime.
